Introduction:

The institute has setup a Mentor-Mentee committee to look into students’ and staffs’ general academic complaints. It tries to provide solution for their redressal in periodic meeting of the committee. Students are informed to submit their complaint about administration, accounts academic etc. to the Mentor of the students. If Mentor-Mentee committee is outside the reach of Students, then it will be transferred to the administrative authority.


Objectives:

1.To create platform where students can fulfilled their complaint about academic and non-academic matter.
2.To collect suggestion from students and staff for improvement.
3.To ensure the effective solution to the students to address their problem.

Committee:

1.Cases are taken properly on grievance from written grievance from the students.
2.Mentor-Mentee committee review all the cases and taken action accordingly as per the policy.
3.The Mentor-Mentee committee submits reports of grievance cases attended to the authority periodically.
